School Policies

Please read carefully. These policies apply to all lessons, packages, road tests, deposits, and cancellations.

Driving Lessons

• Cancellations/Reschedules must be made 24 hours in advance or $25 penalty applies.
• Meet instructor at the school (no pick-up service).
• Late arrivals: instructor waits 15 minutes, after which lesson may be lost or $25 reschedule fee applies.
• No-shows: $15 penalty per lesson or loss of lesson.
• If you request instructor to wait but do not arrive, full lesson fee is charged (no reschedule).

Road Tests

• Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance to avoid penalty.
• At least 1 lesson required before test (additional fee applies).
• No pick-up service; meet at school or DMV site. Cars are shared (4–5 students per test day).
• We book road tests on a week-by-week basis and cannot guarantee specific dates.
• Must bring learner’s permit and glasses if required.

General Policies

• Cancelling an incomplete package: charged for services used + 10% or $20 fee (whichever is greater). Refunds issued in original form.
• Cancellations must be made during business hours:
  Mon–Fri: 9 AM–6 PM | Sat: 9 AM–3 PM.
  No voicemail or email cancellations. Same-day cancellation = no-show.
• Always bring learner’s permit and glasses (if required).
• No sandals or flip-flops allowed during lessons/tests.
• Credits, deposits, packages, and gift certificates expire after 1 year.
